Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please note we only accept refunds if your product is damaged or defective, not because you don't like it! 

To start a return, you can contact us at jadeandtyra@thesweetsisters.co. Please provide your order number when you reach out! If you purchased your item in store, please let us know which location. If you purchased in person at a market, please let us know which event!

Damages and issues
Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive defective or damaged items. If your order is incorrect please let us know so we can make it right.

Refunds
If your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
